Phase 1: At Itaú Bank, I was responsible for mobile and internet experiences related to tax payments. During this period, I created the journey for paying vehicle taxes (IPVA). Additionally, we conducted a Discovery phase to thoroughly understand the end-to-end behavior of customers who pay taxes and identify which taxes are currently the most paid. Qualitative research, guerrilla-style moderated and remote usability tests (Maze), and SUM testing were conducted for the project.Phase 2: Continuing at Itaú, now in the realm of corporate clients, I was tasked with maintaining and overseeing the development of the post-sale journey for revolving credit loans. During this time, we created a repackaging journey that assisted companies facing financial difficulties in changing the due date or reducing the installment amount they needed to pay. To validate the journey, we conducted SUM testing to understand if our proposals were feasible.

Engagement in the Trato Project at VLI's logistics company, part of the Vale group. We undertook a journey in which we streamlined the registration process for truck drivers looking for freight. The registration process is often bureaucratic and involves numerous form fields. To simplify this for users, we implemented Optical Character Recognition (OCR) through photographs, which returned all the filled fields. To achieve this, we conducted research with truck drivers at unloading points to understand their typical usage moments for freight apps, such as when and where they usually register and how they organize their documents. Following this, we developed a prototype and tested it with the truck drivers.
