Mr Tham worked for both government and non- profit sector (NGO) for 28 years, with some key positions such as Associate Director of Program and Senior Program Manager of Heifer International Vietnam, Deputy Director of Sub-Department of Animal Health, Acting director Livestock Breeding Center and Livestock development experts under of DARD of Ca Mau Province, Viet Nam.He has devoted the last ten years to work on community development sector. He worked in various background, fields, activities and tasks. He foresaw and developed country strategic program and lead in developing and implementation projects of the country office. He built network with other INGOs, GOs, technical institutions, Universities and private sectors for fund raising .He worked on animal well-being, value chain, and farmers-owned agri-business among CPOs and other sectors to support disadvantage and marginelized communities to achieve resilience. .During the past 18 years working for government with leader positions he actively contributed into livestock development industry and animal health in Ca Mau Province and gained lots of experience in animal husbandry and health, feed production, agriculture extension, training, teaching, leadership, management, strategy development, human resource management.Through his vast knowledge and experience in community development and livestock development, Mr. Tham has earned a reputation as a business oriented management practitioner that can deliver effective consultancy with those he works with.
