Day-to-day responsibility of managing the Healthy Community Partnership (HCP), a place-based, Collective Impact initiative working on improving health and health equity including: effectively lead and coordinate a diverse coalition of more than 110 partner organizations encompassing a Board of Directors, seven committees, and 17 grantees towards a common goal; oversee the coordination and implementation of leadership development and capacity building programs; develop and implement stakeholder driven policy, system and environment and best practice solutions that promote improved health outcomes; develop, implement and evaluate short-and long-term goals; work with City Council to develop understanding and support for policy, system and environment changes that improve community into a healthier, more equitable and sustainable city; oversee grant making process and manage grantee relationships and contractual agreements including ensuring compliance with funding requirements, oversee tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress, identify and mitigate risk, secure additional funding and developing comprehensive reports; guide all administrative, fiscal, and community-oriented program activities.
