As a Core Planning Engineer, working with the Core Network Engineering team, I performed the following activities on the Huawei/Nokia equipments: • Design standardized configurations, analysis, routing and information flow between the elements, in a efficient and simple way.• Certify, in controlled test environments, modifications in network configuration and new services, to achieve the requirements and regulations without affecting other processes in service.• Planning the software updates of the different elements, aiming to achieve a low impact for our clients. • Provide a third level support to failures of high complexity in the network, as well to fraud and billing problems. • Periodically review the performance of the network in terms of performance and plan the actions to improve the Quality of service.• Configure the data base on the Msoftx3000 and prove all the services on the new switch and verify the Huawei ATP and the Digitel ATP.• Create new solutions to specific services on the Msoft, SG7000, DSR and HSS.• Troubleshooting using the trace Huawei tool in every node.• Participation in the installation, configuration and testing on the Huawei IMS trial.
