GACA:- Study the opportunities of investment available at KFIA facilities.- Develop the necessary studies to set said opportunities in auctions, bids orthrough direct contracting to achieve optimum revenue for GACA.- Supervise handing over of areas.- Prepare, form and conclude lease agreements.- Supervise the department of Duty Free Shops project- Supervise the department for operation of public transport activities (taxi,buses and transportation).- Follow up contractual requirements with tenants.- Review technical designs of development works required in the leased areasand take the necessary actions to approve technical work permits incoordination with concerned airport departments.- Supervise tenants' performance and operation after opening of the projects.- Participate in preparation of the department's strategic plans, establish theannual objective and evaluation of performance and follow up.
