-Reports to Guest Service & Ticketing manager.-Acts as second person in charge for assigned areas and can be requested to cover the manager position when necessary.-Assists the manager in performing daily inspections of facilities and completing reports.-Assists with park opening procedures ensuring operational readiness of Guest Service & Ticketing areas.-Maintains the work efficiency and good condition of scope areas by constantly monitoring the cleaning needs, maintenance work, safety conditions, and smooth flow of guests.-Delivers consistent and exemplary guest service, giving directions and assisting guests when necessary.-Keeps up to date with general park information and services offered (operating hours,events, promotions, attractions, facilities and any other allied information to respond guests’ inquiries).-Monitors Tetra Radio throughout the shifts being attentive to any concerns related to scope areas.-Monitor RTA taxi area and ensure the operation is smooth.-Reports to manager any concerns involving other departments, especially issues that need immediate action.-Maintains the manager regularly updated during park operation time.-Assists with park closing procedures by properly following the protocols in scope areas.-Assists manager with evacuation drills periodically as set by the Health and Safety team and in case of emergency procedures.-Supporting customer service team in cover their position in case needed.
