Current• Assessment setup and set down.• Assessment administration, scoring and interpretation.• Welcoming clients and candidates.• Providing candidates with telephonic feedback.• Booking assessors/ psychologists if and when required for psychometric assessments • Creating quotations for clients. Preparing tender documents and dropping them off.• Presentation packs preparation. • Setting up and maintaining a paper and an electronic filing system• Contribution to the induction of new staff members
