• Assessment setup and set down.• Assessment administration, scoring and interpretation.• Welcoming clients and candidates.• Providing candidates with telephonic feedback.• Booking assessors/ psychologists if and when required for psychometric assessments • Creating quotations for clients. Preparing tender documents and dropping them off.• Presentation packs preparation. • Setting up and maintaining a paper and an electronic filing system• Contribution to the induction of new staff members

• Performing general and clerical office work such as running errands, photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding and laminating documents.• Invoicing on SAGE, purchase order maintenance and financial administration (managing the petty cash).• Answering the telephone, giving information to callers, taking messages or transferring calls to appropriate individuals.• Capturing monthly statistics • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, candidates or supervisors.• Welcoming clients and candidates.• Receiving and sending the post• Completing forms in accordance to company procedures. • Ordering and dispensing office supplies• Booking assessors/ psychologists if and when required for psychometric assessments • Contribution to the induction of new staff members
