I am a lawyer specialized in General Data Protection Law, with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and a master's degree in Human Rights from PUC São Paulo.In Anti-Discrimination Law, I worked at the Reference Center for the Promotion of Racial Equality as a lawyer, assisting in cases of racial insult and domestic violence with the Program's multidisciplinary body.In the third sector, I worked as an institutional lawyer at EDUCAFRO BRASIL and Advisor to the executive board, being responsible for represent the Institution in meetings, public hearings related to racial quota fraud in Public Universities, among other agendas related to Public Policies.With a focus on Digital Law and race relations, I seek to highlight how new technologies can increase inequalities or promote social justice, analyzing the effects of the use of algorithms and artificial intelligence in maintaining racial bias and algorithmic discrimination, through lectures and mini-workshops.
