+ Faciliated a group of 6-8 participants over 8 weeks for the Ngee Ann Kongsi - Institute of Policy Studies Citizens’ Panel on Employment Resilience

+ Designed and facilitated a variety of programmes open to public officers, including workshops on game design, unconferences about the future of learning, and sessions for a community of practice around innovation in learning experience design (e.g., blended learning, learning analytics, etc.)+ Conceptualised and conducted horizon scanning and research study around the future of learning for the public service+ Coordinated the Learning Innovation Challenge, a hackathon that brought together 90 industry participants and public officers to co-create the future of learning

+ Led a 6-member Management Committee to formulate and execute long-term strategies for the 760 members of the University Scholars Club + Represented the USC in faculty-level and university-level meetings as part of the NUS Students' Union, on issues such as student welfare, community life and corporate branding + Continues to mentor new students taking on leadership roles because of my strong belief in continuity and personal development

+ Led a 9-member team to organise the first participant-centred Unconference on the idea of interdisciplinarity, attended by 35 students from NUS, NTU and SUTD

+ Led a multidisciplinary team of 6 USP and 9 PAYM members to develop Singacity, a policy game for 30-60 participants to visualise an uncertain future, empathise with different strata of society, and build common vocabulary for a breakout discussion before the dialogue with Members of Parliament+ Co-organised the West Zone Budget Dialogue for youths (attended by DPM Tharman Shanmugaratnam) in collaboration with the University Scholars Programme (USP), People's Association Youth Movement (PAYM) and Centre for Strategic Futures (CSF)

+ Led a team of 20 members to manage the academic, residential and social welfare matters for 720 students within and beyond a residential college environment

+ Led the 10-member committee for Orientation Week 2015, to introduce USP freshmen to academic, social and residential life in USP and NUS+ Established cordial relations with more than 10 faculty members, 15 alumni and student interest groups to develop a 4-day / 3-night programme
