I wear two hats related in their environmental goals, but distinct in their methodologies: (1) I am a professional coach, using Systems Psychodynamics to work one-on-one with sustainability-minded professionals, as I won't use my skills to support profit-only. I have been participating in Group Relations Conferences since 2016. I've examined how unconscious dynamics affect climate action in particular. This December, I will obtain the INSEAD Coaching Certificate. I currently take clients online globally through a private practice.(2) I direct Two Glasses LLP, producing events that transform ties with the planet. Two Glasses produced Changing Room, a film that asks, "What does criticizing our bodies have to do with climate change?" The film was funded by the National Geographic Society and has evolved to now also be an umbrella term for regular events associated with exploring the mind-body-clothing-consumption connection, funded by the SG government and independently. Sessions happen in SG, BKK, and Tokyo. Two Glasses also offers Trillion-Dollar Question: upbeat, bite-sized sustainability-learning for corporates, in the format of hour-long Lunch-and-Learn trivia games or otherwise customized. For this, we collaborate with Specc.earth, an expert in climate education.***I love to write, and also have a novel with Penguin Random House for release in April 2025. This book follows my nomination to the Bread Loaf Environmental Writers Conference, which I attended on a scholarship, a fellowship to the Comparative Literature PhD program of the University of Texas at Austin, and a grant from the Smithsonian Freer|Sackler Galleries. I've always enjoyed learning. I earned Highest Honors in French Literature at Williams College and an M.S.Ed. at the University of Pennsylvania, where I initiated research on what incentivizes professors to teach about sustainable development—in 2013. With no reason to stop myself, I also researched the effects of US scholarships on China's sociopolitical development, curious about how scholarships for one person can affect a society at large. The Brookings Institution has referenced my papers. Two Glasses has been mentioned in a Singapore Parliamentary Sitting. Bangkok Post recently featured Changing Room. I continue to be curious about many things and to enjoy inquisitive networks. I am a National Geographic Explorer and formerly a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Penn Social Impact House Fellow. I work in Thai, English, French, and Japanese.
