- Act as the first contact point to 18 factories of Columbia, Levi’s.- Coordinate and collaborate with customers to place orders/order revisions and cancellations via the OIA’s system.- Collectively work and process in making and handling import and export documents with factories, OIA’s suppliers, and OIA’s logistics team to plan the delivery daily, and make sure goods are delivered on time.- Monitor and follow up with factories’ payments closely to make sure they settle payments within the due date.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Pay visits to customers, listen to their voices, identify and capture customers’ demands or concerns, and then cooperate with internal and external teams to refine/define the solution.- Interaction with the Brand's local office: fulfil all kinds of service requests in real-time, collect information and listen to their voices, then file a report to bring up to OIA HQ for further action or support.- Liaise with other departments to resolve customers’ issues and questions.- Perform other duties as assigned by the managers.
