For almost a decade, I have worked in various sports science roles such as personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and instructor for the personal trainer certification course.Before becoming a lecturer at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai, Thailand, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the Judo Association of Thailand. I also have my own business, which includes a private studio, a Facebook fan page, and a website that provides sports science knowledge.My research interests lie in strength and conditioning, with a specific focus on strength training implementation.
