Nature of Job:Centralized Workshop Chennai (SEP 2018 TO AUG 2019)History:  Maintaining Maintenance Record of each Vehicle which includes Tipper, Transit Mixer, Water Tanker, Trailer, LMV, Gen sets, and machineries like Back Hoe Loader, Soil Compactor, Paver, Grader, Concrete Pump, Boom Placer, wheel Loader, Vibratory Tandem Roller, and Pneumatic Tyre Roller. Workshop Maintenance: Repair and Replacement of essential spares for the above Plant and Equipment on periodical basis. Monitoring of Fitness Certificate and upgradation of the same for all. Schedule: Allotment of Technicians for each and every activity pertaining to all vehicles and machinery at workshop. Handled Project VUP Project – (NH45) VILLUPURAM (AUG 2019 TO MAY 2022) Construction of vehicular under pass at km 159+850 (Gingee junction)  Maintenance of Vehicle and Machinery in VUP Building Project at Villupuram.  Maintenance Team: Management of Technicians for Repair. Replacement and Procurement of Spares and follow up in ERP. Performance Monitoring: Look up on Fuel Efficiency and adequacy of all vehicles and machineries to improve the output of project. Execution Support:  Handling of issues in execution of all work in terms of timely support in providing alternatives for achieving the Target on scheduled activities.  ERP: Creation of all entries (in ERP system _ Build Super-Fast) for all vehicles and machineries by assigning Fuel entries, hire vehicles bills, and others.
