Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentLeading the internal Talent Acquisition efforts for entities under Forest Interactive Group (Forest Interactive, Forest Interactive Foundation, Elfo, and Primary Guard, Forest Interactive Thailand) across region including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, UAE and etc)Talent Acquisition- Involved in full recruitment cycle from planning to onboarding- Manage job posting in job portals (Linkedin, JobStreet, MyFutureJobs, Indeed) to ensure all active vacancies are covered.- Liaise with Hiring Manager to understand their hiring needs and provide advise if necessary on budget, requirement and etc- Liaise with Hiring Manager and candidate to schedule interview- Conduct HR Interview with shortlisted candidate for offer package negotiation. Understand candidate's expectation and propose offer for management's approval- Contract drafting and issuance, ensuring contract's clauses is up to date complying to respective country's law and regulation.- Liaise with ICT Team to prepare for onboarding- Provide suggestion to improve hiring process/flow - Implemented referral "Refer-A-Friend" program - Revamped contract renewal process flow for contractual employee- Works on average 10~15 active vacancy at the same timeVisa Processing- PVP Visa: Process PVP Visa for expats talent and prepare necessary documents required (New application and Renewal)Vendor & Subscription Management- Manage subscription and renewals for recruitment related platform and software- Manage external agency for our hiring needsExternal Events- Career Fair: Collaborate with the creative team to design banners, handle logistic planning for free gifts and required equipment
