• Project manager of booster compressor upgrade, leading a team of 7 cross-functional people to successfully execute the 7-month upgrade project with NPV of $112,600
• Developed an automated tracking dashboard with new protocol for compressors startup which increased productivity of 12 offshore crews and improved compressor reliability from 94% to 97%
• Team Coordinator of Annual Production Optimization Workshop with 32 participants from office and offshore, as an outcome, 21 opportunities were identified and $800,000 was budgeted for execution

Platong Oil Field

• Project manager of sophisticated waterflood operation in 3 locations, leading a team of 4 people to make operational decision based on In-depth Data Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis, which resulted in oil reserves.
• Developed Business Plan Forecast for all waterflood operations in Platong oil field
• Initiated the alternative way to analyze injection profile, resulted in cost saving of $10,000 per job
• Conducted Financial Analysis and Project Valuation to compare two alternatives of the drilling projects in Platong oil field, the suggested alternative yielded incremental NPV of $17.0 million

• Selected to be 1 of 15 speakers in Chevron Asia-South Reservoir Management Forum 2014, in the topic of “Performance Reserves Analysis to Identify Root Cause of Major Reserves Reduction”
• Won cash award in recognition of excellently leading a team of 7 cross-functional people to complete the 10-month drilling project with outstanding project management to mitigate several high uncertainties of this.
• Led and conducted Risk Assessment to successfully secure leaked production wells in one of Platong production platforms, which prevented potential loss of containment in the future
• Developed an Automated Analytic Tool by Excel VBA, to effectively capture water shut-off opportunities which prevented production loss equivalent to $11 million in the first year

• Selected to be one of poster presentations in Chevron Asia-South Reservoir Management Forum 2013, in the topic of “Booster Compressor Step-by-Step Optimization Recommendation for Erawan Field”
• Developed Water Disposal Master Plan for Erawan field to increase operation reliability and initiated an "Integrated water disposal monitoring dashboard" which includes Hall plots for individual injector surveillance.
