Current• New model development - Repeated visits to the UK headquarter for new model initiation to the assembly line. Provide technical input and support for the assembly process of new components, including plants, fixtures and tooling. • Intelligent tooling project – Spearhead and implement up-to-date technology of wireless DC tightening tool onto production line, resulting in cost-saving, improved tightening precision with traceability and reduced cycle time.• Engineering support for Engine Assembly line – Supervise assembly process and create appropriate tools while ensuring efficiency and quality with the use of appropriate technology. On-the-spot problem solving and management of workload on production line as a daily routine.
