As a full-time employee at Georgios Liquors, I have been able to see what it's like to own and operate a successful business. With my time at Georgios Liquors, I have had to learn nearly every aspect of the business in order to provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. This includes having a strong understanding of industry trends, maintaining accurate inventory, having strong product knowledge, and constantly stocking the shelves. I have also had to facilitate employee training by teaching incoming employees how to operate the POS terminal and teach the basics of what we sell. I clearly explained the business values, what is expected of them, and further exemplified those standards to demonstrate how we operate.

As a host at the Arlington Restaraunt and Diner, I efficiently coordinated customer seating to maximize the flow of people coming and going out. I had to maintain accurate documentation of the wait-staff's cash and credit card tips in a journal. While doing so, I provided customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. I also took opportunities to interact with the patrons by making them feel welcome and assisting them with any needs in order to provide them with the best possible breakfast experience.
