As a People Lead in the Graduate Experience team, my job is first and foremost to be a mentor and coach to our wonderful grads as they navigate their first year of full-time professional work. My responsibilities also extend to working with the broader Graduate Experience team to improve the program and its outcomes as well as organising and attending events meant to attract grads to work at Xero.

I split my time between developing modern tax practice software, and helping create the developers of tomorrow through our graduate program!
