Head of the division,reporting to the General ManagerKey Responsibilities:• Formulate, provide direction and supervise the implementation of Division’s commercial strategy. • Fully responsible for developing and implementing Divisional targets and budget as well as achieving sales targets and economic indicators. . • Responsible for Division’s sales and marketing initiatives both for Luxury Hire (design and implementation) and the pre-owned program (“DasWeltAuto”: remarketing program adaptation of VW standards to local market).• Oversee sales for Bentley brand to ensure budget achievement. • Provide direction and coordinate a team in effectively implementing commercial strategy and achieving targeted profitability.• Member of the Management Team, directly involved in formulating Company’s strategy and policies. • (since 2006) Head of the Storage, Transportation and Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Department for all Kosmocar represented Brands, managing a team of 8 people, ensuring implementation of ISO and factory quality standards for cars in storage, transportation and the immaculate condition and functionality when delivered to the customer.Main achievements:• About 90% utilization rate of the rent fleet 2013-2015 with respectively high profitability. • More than 68% increase in revenues and 143% over budget achievement by end 2013 and respective results until 2015. • Bentley stock reduction from 15 cars in May 2012 to 4 in Dec. 2014, in a very high recession period.

Head of the marketing departement for VW Passenger Cars Brand in Greece, reporting to the Brand Manager• Develop, supervise and monitor all product and marketing actions and their implementation for the brand in Greece.• Develop, supervise and monitor the marketing plan-budget, also participated in developing the financial budget for the division.• Design and supervise the implementation of the training programs for the dealer network sales force. • Ensure effective cooperation with VW A.G. to create product lines, correct pricing, advertising campaigns and other marketing actions.• Direct and supervise advertising agencies for the design, development and implementation of all advertising campaigns for above and below the line.

Head of the Group Public Relations Division, reporting to the General Manager• Design and implement all public relation actions of all brands represented by Kosmocar. • Represent the Company in local and international press conferences, regarding the products and services.• Systematically develop and maintain good relations with mainly automotive journalists and media. • Member of the Management Team, participated in formulating company policies, strategies.

• Responsible for allocation of cars to the dealer network and the retail Biamax showroom.• Communication with the factory regarding production schedules and direct marketing material.
