I worked as project QS for this company in 8th Storied Apartment Building 3 Nos including Structure and ID Work. When the project finished , I was moved to 3 Storyed Residential Building in December 2015. At February 2016, I moved to handle three residential projects in the Pun Hlaing Estate. Then, I promoted to Sr. Project QS in December 2016.Daily Work Scope is as below:1) Calling tenders for Sub-Contractors2) Negotiating the price and preparation of tender report for project director3) Monitoring and Budget and cost for the project and preparation of the Cash Flow4) Checking the Sub-Contractor Payment 5) Coordination between Project Manager, Architect, Site Engineer and Sub contractor for cost effective work6) Preparation of the Variation Order and Final Account for the Contract
