1. Operational Management: • Oversee all construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow. • Manage resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials)2. Financial Management: • Set and monitor the company’s budgets, including project costs and overall financial performance. • Ensure cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting is accurate. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best pricing. • Identify and mitigate financial risks.3. Leadership & Team Management: • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff. • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance. • Resolve any team conflicts or operational challenges.4. Client Relations & Business Development: • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Develop business strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.5. Compliance & Risk Management: • Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. • Implement and monitor health and safety policies across all sites. • Manage risk by enforcing quality control and addressing potential legal issues related to construction contracts and safety.6. • Ensure timely and accurate recording, preparation and submission of periodic financial reports for (HO and 12 Branches & Service Center- 4 Centers)• Review and check the payment • Cash flow management• Clearance import duty with logistic company• Ensure that credit control functions are effectively carried out.• Manage the Company Debtors continuously analyzing, identifying and covering credit risk• Ensure proper processing of claims so that amounts due to the Company’s creditors are correctly paid in a timely manner.• Analyze revenue trends and highlight exceptions to management• Budgetary Control to enable & to exercise effective control over departmental budgets• Develop, maintain the finance process with procedures• Apply MIT V5 ERP System• Timely report to management accurate assets records• Perform a periodic physical count of assets• Review financial systems and procedures being applied and recommend changes or automation proposals wherever feasible for effective controls• Manage & provide guidance to staff in order to be effective & efficient• Support to achieve the Company’s vision

• Review all cash transaction to ensure accuracy of information• Prepare Payroll• Check sale revenue with the service vouchers • Check the correctness of the data form Thai Samsung Electronics (AP, AR)• Inventory management by using GSPN (global service partner network) system• Check part controller with shipment, order, balance stocks• Invoice to Thai Samsung about in warranty • Ledger entry• Monthly Sale, Payable, Receivable Reports• Prepare Financial Statement & report to management• Develop, maintain the finance process with procedures• Timely report to management accurate assets records• Perform a periodic physical count of assets• Manage & provide guidance to staff in order to be effective & efficient

• Pre audit of all cash transaction• Cash control with denomination• Inventory control • Check the daily ground stock taking report• Check the AP, AR report with the attached documents• Budget preparation & budgetary control• Develop, maintain the finance process with procedures• Timely report to management accurate assets records• Perform a periodic physical count of assets• Report to management by monthly• Support the Financial Controller• Manage & provide guidance to staff in order to be effective & efficient• ISO internal auditor

• Pre audit of payments (check company procedures, sanction, all attached documents)• Prepare impress money & request Head office• Inventory control with the receiving & issue note • Check the damage, reject, sample materials• Prepare cash flow statement, stock monthly report, scrap material sale report• Daily ground stock taking• Cash paid to staff salary & overtime • Account payable & account receivable• Register of Fixed assets & tracking
