My main responsibilities involve all the clients that come to us are well looked after by providing different assistance and advices, managing individual clients account in a professional manner by adapting everyone’s priorities, making sure clients are happy from first point of contact to the end of the transaction without compromising.

Responsibilities include day to day operations: greetings, servicing, screening, advising and triaging eye related queries, dispensing of optical products(glasses and contact lenses), supervising and training new colleagues. administration duties: patients diary management, nhs reconciliation, dealing with patients queries and problem solving over telephone, emails and CRM platform, coordinating between optometrist, clinic, management, colleagues and customers.
