RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:• Cereal, oilseed, and pulse crops management• Dryland Cropping systems • Dryland annual forage productionMy current research interests are in the area of sustainable agriculture; primarily in how grain legumes (pulses), cover crops and other new crops can be integrated into traditional cereal cropping systems. I am interested in looking into the potential of legumes as sources of nitrogen through biological nitrogen fixation in rotation systems or as intercrops. I am also interested in conducting research that focuses on improving cultural practices in field crops including weed control and potential use of legume crops as cover crops and forages.
