1. Doing tendering and Pricing for the projects 2. Doing Project planning immediately after Tender award 3. Measuring of jobs on both drawings and also on sites physical measurements. 4. Designing of the Bill of Quantities for the measured Projects 5. Appointment and monitoring of Sub-contractors. 6. Preparing and Monitoring Project monthly claims based on the progress on site. 7. Preparing the Variation Orders for our Projects. 8. Verification of Sub-contractors invoices based on the actual work done. 9. SMME Management/ guidance

1. Checking progress onsite to make sure it is in line with the program from the client.2. Compiling and monitoring of construction plan/program.3.
