With an honours degree in agriculture production from the University of South Africa, I have a strong academic foundation in the field of agriculture. I have also acquired multiple certifications, including a candidate certificate issued by the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP), that demonstrate my professional competence and recognition.As an agriculture assistant advisor at the Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, I support farmers with practical and technical guidance on various crops and farming practices. I use various tools and methods to capture and analyze data for all the farmers in the region, ensuring accuracy and reliability. I have also facilitated training and consulting sessions for Siyafundisa i Africa, a leading organization in agricultural development and innovation.Previously, I gained valuable experience as a packhouse supervisor at Simply Salads, where I oversaw the quality, packaging, and distribution of fresh salads to various markets. I was responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory and logistics, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.I am passionate about improving the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of the agricultural sector in South Africa, and I am eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and impact. I am also adaptable, agile, and collaborative, and I can work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
