Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including development, business analysis, governance, and IT operations.I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in most stages of the lifecycle and have gained exposure and experience in roles such as Business Analysis (requirements gathering, BRD/user story writing, UML, facilitating workshops, UAT facilitation & User Manual documenting) and System Administration /Custodian (system health checks, change requests, service requests & responding to system queries)Gathering and Analysis of Requirements Study the current state of process and new requirements Ensure all necessary services, documentation (BRD/FRS) and deliverables required to implement a solution are successfully reviewed and signed off. Attend reviews of requirements and software to ensure in depth knowledge of the functionality of the software and provide input on best practice functionality to be implemented. Liaise with the customers, Business Analyst and Development team in order to get clear requirements and to solve discrepancies (defects/issues/CR’s) that may arise within the system throughout the development life cycle. Generate accurate and comprehensive test reports sent to Project Manager Test case creation, test scenarios, and Test Lab construction Provide input into summary reports of test preparation, execution and defect resolution. Coordinate test data creation, collection, and modification. Enforce data integrity and quality Preparing Documents: Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Closure reports( SIT and UAT) Create, review , execute test cases and log defects to the developer and Project team on HP Quality Center 11 Facilitate workshops for Users before UAT. Coordinate UAT ( defect reporting and resolution/ raising Change or Service requests)
