With a BA degree in Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, I have a strong foundation in human behavior, motivation, and performance in the workplace. I am passionate about applying my psychological knowledge and research skills to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.I also have graphic design expertise, which I developed through a one month internship at Oasis Infobyte, a leading digital marketing agency. There, I contributed to the creation and improvement of the company's visual identity and online presence, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I worked with a diverse and collaborative team that valued innovation and quality, and delivered multiple projects on time and within budget.I am actively seeking internships or part-time jobs that align with my studies and allow me to develop new skills and experiences.
