  Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My wife Karen and I are originally from Sparta and have two wonderful daughters, Emily and JoAnna. Emily is married and lives in Oregon, and JoAnna attends Winona State University. In our first 12 years of marriage, we bought and sold six personal residences, always with a tax deferred gain. Karen and I spend most of our time on Lake Holcombe, about 40 minutes northeast of Eau Claire.I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I have over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I helped negotiate the sale for Walmart Super Center in Sparta, Wisconsin and sold adjoining properties for commercial development to All American Do It Centers, Clifton Larson Allen, CPA's, and Coverra Insurance. I have also bought, owned, managed and sold over 300 multifamily apartments. My wife and I presently own and manage a portfolio of apartments, office buildings, retail malls, foster homes, and other commercial properties.This real estate experience, along with a background in finance and accounting, gives you a competitive advantage.
