I am doing work in- Receive the Creative Brief and De-Creative Brief from the Strategy Planner, Creative, or Account teams for shooting items, TVCs, Viral Videos, and Music Videos.- Working closely between the internal team (Planner, Creative, Art team, Account, Design) and vendors to pitch campaigns.- Brief the concept/idea and execution requirements to vendor (Production house, Director, Photographer, Production crew, ...).- Collaborate effectively with Team Leads and Senior Design to create accurate timeline and quotation estimates, organize and lead briefings, feedback sessions, review meetings, and kick-offs. I also engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.- Organize discussion sessions to offer guidance on video and image service packages, enabling the Account/Business Development teams to upsell to clients- Keep up-to-date with AI, Events, Technologies & Equipments, TikTok trends, and Online Platform trends.

As a Producer, my responsibilities:- Work with 3d Artists, Team Leaders, internal and external stakeholders to facilitate 3d animation productions- Planning, scheduling and tracking 3D animations- Create time estimates in collaboration with Team Leads and Senior Artists, take ownership of my projects, schedule and conduct briefings, feedback sessions, review sessions, and kick-offs, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the qualitative and timely delivery of projects.- Support and assist in quality control to ensure deliverables follow the clients’ specifications and standards.- Help manage resources allocation and flag potential issues in time. - Work with clients across different time zones- Build and maintain a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

Assists and supports the Producer, Post Producers in day to day activities, general production errands and tasks on assigned projects.Food, Meals, and Craft Service: Shop, deliver, and maintain supply of snack foods and drinks for crew of 25-50. Responsible for the ordering, delivery, and clean up of meals as needed.Maintains and distributes storyboard shot boards updates to appropriate personnel, inputs notes, and assignees into database. Maintains updated storyboard shot boards printouts on walls and schedules.Maintain and order supplies in production office, handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meeting rooms, screening rooms, contacting personnel for meetings.
