Account manager for: Habitat (UK), Loberon(GB), Archipelago Living (AU), Rendez Vous Deco(FR), Arteriors Home(US), Bernhardt(US)- Range of works: From sample development until mass orders including testing, standards, label, packaging,...- Kind of shipping: LCL, FCL, Ex-Works.

Manage the Cement product department and Finish Spraying department.- Planning daily tasks base on current orders.- Manage workers, materials, necessary machines and tools to complete target production planning.- Support accountant to update BOM, calculate KPI, pricing.

WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS- Receive brief from sale account; find out all requirements from customers; process to order necessary packaging materials.- Coordinate with technical and design team for packaging standard and test, result is a list of necessary materials and quantity to adapt request from customer.- Liaise with sales account and customers for all other requirements, including shipping marks, labels, assembly instructions, manuals, gift boxes.WORK WITH SUPPLIERS- Work with suppliers for price quotation, payment terms, quality and lead time.- Choose the best option from a range of suppliers in order to generate reports on packaging costs.- Update all approved information to ERP, then order will be placed via internal system.- Manage the order process until delivery, resolve any issues that may arise during this process.- Complete all paper work and collect all necessary documents before transferring them to Accounts for payment.- Undertake shipment overview. Liaise with packaging department to ensure correct and timely orders for all other materials requirement for the coming month.Working achievements:- Manage the ordering of packaging items for all orders, on time and in the right quantity. - Reduce mistakes in shipping marks, quantities and size of carton boxes. - Achieve a close working relationship with the packaging engineer. We managed to complete the packaging drawing database and updated the ERP system.

Our factory has a retail shop, which also serves as a showroom. Our customers included retail projects and hotels, as well as individual customers. My main tasks included:- Manage the entire products instore, including selling and refilling the shop floor with best selling and new items. - Communicate with customers to discover their needs and interests. Give feedback to my line manager.- Prepare customers' orders; liaising with factory regarding lead time; follow up order until completion; carry out final inspection before delivery to customer. - Prepare paper work and after-sale service for customer. - Maintain a good relationships with customers' shop managers and project managers, by making sure they are aware of our new products and developments. Additional responsibilities:- Take photographs of new products from factory, using my technical and artistic abilities. - Take part in the process of developing new designs for exhibitions, including technical drawings and working with suppliers for new samples.Work Achievements:- Increase the sales revenue of the shop by more than 200%.- Gain first-time contracts to design and deliver furniture for large corporations, such as Novaland, L'concept for projects:Villa Con Au, Namo restaurent, L'usine coffee. - Fulfill all orders of customers in Vietnam (Hoi An, Da Nang, Phu Quoc,...) - Undertake photography for all new-design products in 2017.

- Involve in technical drawing for new design, customize size for existing design.- Support factory staff in finding new supplier, visit and send the factory report to director.- Send request and follow up sample from new supplier.

Complete build up and manage all IT infrastructure for company include:- File server - Email server running Exchange 2012 for send/receive email for all staffs- Firewall to protect for whole system from attack / Spam mail.- Web server to host company website- Whole system running 24/7 with a backup power system
