Ensuring accuracy on all orders inputted into file maker. Invoicing custom orders for Canada, Friedman’s Active Wear and Apparel Source Accounts. Personally handling Friedman’s Active Wear, which includes providing daily report. Constant review of orders to detect any early stages of issues or problems.• Customer Service: daily email updates, facilitate necessary assistance and provide quotations for customer service representatives.• Bill of lading processing.• Cancel FO (order in AX and transfer to high jump).• Manage High Jump System• Manage AFF (available fulfillment to hold or release orders.• Web contact, return team to post journal, and cancel orders.• Overstock.com: receiving, labeling, pulling and auditing of orders.• Payroll management: Workbrain/hour adjustments, ensuring proper pay structure on timely manner and record keeping.• Manage safety: ensure proper safety protocols are followed by all employees and leads are abiding to medical/workers comp restrictions.• Staffing/Hiring/Interviewing/Termination: providing assistance during times of mass hires.
