Experienced in leading a project team of 30 members to execute and deliver the various XML and ePub conversion projects.The XML conversion project has done based on InDesign files to XML file conversion and PDF files to XML. These XML files should be validating across DTD.The ePub conversion has been done in various formats such as ePub 2, ePub 3 and Fixed Layout. Involved in achieving the major alignments as per source and also provided the wide support in Quality control.Involves in Input analyzing, query manipulation and project monitoring.Provide training to the team members depending on the requirements and skill sets.I have supported in implementing new project analysis and sample creation.Have involved in client mail communication to understand the complete requirement and also involved in production support.Have involved in cropping the images with perfect image specifications and ensure to follow the Image specifications of all the deliverable's.Developed automation tools using Perl and reduced the manual work. Also created the deliverable tools for the delivery process effectively.Creating the style sheet (XSL & CSS) based on requirement. Creates/Updates the XSLT (html2xml, xml2xml) and Create Schema as well as DTD for client requirement.At present responsible for doing R&D in new project arrivals and gets approval of samples and preparing the cost estimates. Provides support in analysis of new input arrival such as different languages.Analyzing the customer feedback and come up with corrective and preventive actions and share the corrective and preventive measures to team and resolve any issues/complaints raised by the customer.
