Leading the migration of Display Advertisement Units to Progressive Web App (PWA Pages) of various Lines of Business (Flights, Hotels, Cars, Cruise and Packages) which would account for a total annual revenue of more than $70 Million• Leading the initiative on creation of a robust framework to monitor the Real-time performance of Advertisements and trigger alerts to key stakeholders for any critical errors. These alerts are regularly monitored, and critical bugs are fixed within SLA. The Dashboards help Product team to understand dip in the Impression of Advertisement which directly impacts revenue.• Worked upon moving the sponsored listing ads from Client to Server-Side Implementation, that helped in eliminating the latency in ads delivery (From 5 seconds to zero seconds).• Have made Process improvements within the Pods which accelerated the delivery of Products.• Worked upon Test and Learn experiments to bring display advertisements on iOS Expedia mobile app.• Created a Process and Documentation group to constantly improve on our agile processes like Product Intake,Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Resource Planning, Project status reports.• Working closely with Product Owners to establish Product roadmap, Product Backlog and user stories .• Working with Engineering team to track deliverables, tracking dependencies and removing the blockers, PerformingProduct Review, Creating Status reports.

Timeframe of onboarding employers onto a new plan reduced from 3 months to 15 days.
