Having good knowledge in IBMi AS400 Operations and Administrations.Hands-on experience for all the major activitiesLooking for better opportunities with new challenges and having 4+ years of relevant experience.📧 Email: thangarajpbce@gmail.comResponsibilities/Key Accountability:•User profile Management• Working knowledge of IBM i Cloud &On-prem Power servers (AS400 LPARS)• System Health check and monitoring• Perform Daily/Monthly/Yearly maintenance activity• Printer setup/configuration/troubleshooting• Full System backup (Native & BRMS)• Storage and Media Management (Virtual/Physical tape libraries)•Physical & DSI Virtual Tape Library administration and upgrades• Backup/Restoration activity as per the requirement.• Co-ordination with IBM and other Vendor support regarding server related issues.• IPL the system.• HMC Maintenance and Upgradation.• IBM/External License apply to AS400 products/tools•Networking Knowledge in AS400 (TCP/IP, DNS,FTP,SFTP, Router,etc)• PTF(Patch) Management/Upgradation.• Robot, Native job scheduler ,AJS and job management • Control-M scheduler monitoring/job setup• Provide KT to freshers • Good knowledge in ITIL/MIM process (Change, Problem, Incident Management)• MM,Moogsoft ,Solarwind & Halcyon monitoring tool alert setup/modification• Knowledge of MIMIX,QEDD,ICLUSTER,MAXAVA,ITERA replication tools (Prod & DR)• Disk addition on AS400 servers (LUNS) with coordination with storage team.•Migration of power servers & DR drill/live• Knowledge of Virtual and Physical Tape Library & Media administration.•Hardware Replacement activities with coordination with vendor support.• SOX audit request handling• Participate in all the major activities• Monitoring/Collection tools upgrade.• OS Upgrade, DR Migration/Roll swap activities•SSL Certificate renewal•Capacity on Demand activation/deactivation•IBM Web Cloud Console administration• Service Now,Fresh service ,ITRP (4me), BMC ticketing tool knowledge.•Knowledge in IBM Support portal,Fix Central,ESS, Precisely support portal, Fortra support portal, BY,Techno Group portal for server administration/support.•Vulnerability management in AS400• Prepare multiple KB articles and SOPs related to operational/admin work for my team
