Responsible for leading a team of Presale Department – Supporting Large Enterprise and SME in Hanoi.Provides leadership and mentoring for Presale Dept, develop team member’s solution and sales skills to optimize performanceSupport in developing & delivering customer presentations including solutions, value argumentation & business cases.

Responsible for providing presale activity for SAP/Oracle Product and Offering- Engages with prospects to discovery their business issues, pain points and business outcomes.- Develops, delivers, and maintains standard/customized product demonstrations and material to close new business and increase revenues- Provides additional demonstration support to account executives by answering requests for information and conducts demonstrations for strategic purposes, including trade-shows and seminars.Competencies and Skills:- Discovery: Conduct customer discovery session to understand the customer business requirement, paint point, critical business outcome, obstacles to realization, and decision criteria.- Demo Preparation: Prepare to demo based on line of business pain point. Prepare an executive overview demo specific to prospect’s business needs, highlighting ease of use, value, and differentiation of proposed product.- Demo Delivery: Validate demo environment and conduct demo using predefined demo scripts. Position, articulate and differentiation value proposition by relating solution capability to business outcomes. Handle objections on solution, implementation.- Demo Follow-Up: Support creation of final proposal and business case. Communicate key project information to delivery team.- Product Knowledge: SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/Microsoft- Measurement: Quality of sales support deliverable, including RFxAchievements summary:- Contact and conduct demonstration to about 150 customers in many field of industry (Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, Construction, Oil and Gas, Higher Education and Research, Automotive, Consumer Product, …)- Revenues recognize as contract signed about 30M $, highlight deals as following:o Thien Hoa JSC (www.dienmaythienhoa.vn) o Vingroup (www.vingroup.net) (o GTCL – Gas Transmission Company Limited o EGCB – Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh o Ngoc Khanh JSC (www.ngockhanh.vn) o EVN – Vietnam Electricity (www.evn.com.vn)
