- Deploying the establishment scheme and business plan and business model of MBCambodia to report to the Board of Directors of MB- Licensing application in Vietnam and Cambodia- Implement Legal Due Diligence with the partner- Develop the leading products, and critical systems (Corevbanking, BPM, Mobile App, CMV, CBC...) for banking operation

- Secretary of BOD Risk Management Committee & BOM Risk Management Council- Developing Group Risk Management Policy, Group Risk Limit; sharing and supporting risk methodology; contributing consultation on essential documents of MB’s Subsidiaries- Develop Risk Management Policy, Risk Strategy, Risk Planning, review and manage risk appetite & overall risk limit.- Implementing Risk Culture - Managing delegation of authority in MB
