Hyatt Regency Ha Long is 5-star hotel located in Bai Chay Tourist area, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, Viet Nam. Project has 2 blocks including Hotel and Retail. Project has total GFA around 53.500 m², with 252 keys, and fully facilities serve for guest including car parking, restaurant, SPA, GYM, swimming pool, meeting rooms, events indoor and outdoor around 300 seats, club, and bar.

o Report to the Company’s Project Director at Star City o Undertake such responsibilities and perform such duties in line with this position as Site Architect as may from time to time be assigned by or under the authority of the Board. o Review Contractor design drawings, details and specification for compliance with contract requirements and for technical coordination. o Answer Contractor “Request for Information” o Review Contractor Variation Requests for validity and issue reports o Monitor Contractor progress against the design, procurement and construction program and deviation o Monitor Contractor QA/QC program for its implementation and continuing process. - Undertake review drawing under design phase including Definitive Design, Technical Design, Construction Design.- Attend the interface meeting with the others relating design matters.- Monitor design schedule from subcontractor.- Ensure shop drawing comply Vietnam Standard, IBC codes.- Coordinate with MEP, design consultants before shop drawing execute.- Made request for information (RFI) send to Design Consultants, the others during interface period.- After design phase finished, will join in construction team to undertake finishing works.- Inspect construction works as directed by Project Manager to ensure adherence to the design drawings, spec and regulations. - Monitor the construction schedule and work at site.- Review and comment all as-built drawings, O&M. - Any other assignment as instruction by Design manager and Construction manager.Projects has joined in and finished as below: o Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Construction Project. - Assist in reviewing design drawings/specifications and tender drawings/specifications of Hill Villa projects., - Assist the project manager in delivering property projects and ensure design intent is carried out through the whole process construction. - Review and comment contractor’s shop drawings and material submittal and ensure adherence of designers’ intent and specifications.
