- Responsible for all 3PL services to account 3M - Set up & lead Bonded Warehouse project

+ As a SC Coordinator for all SC matters of OCD VN- Participate in weekly ASPAC SO&P meeting, updating VN status- Coordinate with OCD’s regional SC team for supply planning, placing PO (machine, reagents/chemicals, spare parts … ), arranging shipments, requesting certificate (CO, CQ, CoA …)- Follow up closely customs clearance, warehouse activities (inbound, storage, outbound), delivery - Liaise with cross functional teams (finance, SC, RA, QA, procurement, legal, ….) and such external stakeholders as 3PL, distributor, local vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment- Review stock holding, determine safety stock, stock replenishment to optimise stock levels- Keep close relationship with sales, regularly analyse historical sales trend, minimise forecast variance- Strong in managing products of short shelf-life, varied storage range and detail to lot by minimizing scrap, slow moving and aging stock- Prepare reports (installation, sales-in, part consumption …)- Validate cost, monitor data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information+ As a administrative supporter: - Prepare and provide full set of required documents to customers for tender, contracting, installation or training purpose - Work with agencies/vendors for local buying, gimmicks, brochures printing- Apply visa, arrange air ticket & accommodation+ As a event coordinator:- Successfully organized two national product launches in Jun & Nov 2014- Hosted OCD’s ASPAC Kickoff meeting in Feb 2016 # AWARDED Top Support Team Award ASEAN (Vietnam) 2014

- Proceed PO transactions on SAP - Follow up closely on customs clearance- Monitor inventory, proceed stock transfer- Prepare monthly KPI reports

- Prepare dossiers for customs clearance- Apply import licence per each shipment
