- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.- Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing- Negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.- Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;- Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;- Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;- Working with bloggers and travel writer in order to promote the destination and Ecolodge to visitors from Oversea.- Assisting the clients to update photos and new services and products.- Preparing all marketing metarials: brochure, banner, backdrop, business card, presentation…- Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;- Keeping up to date with current digital trends;

- Responsible for improving a company's organic search results. - Optimize or create Page Titles, Meta Descriptions, Meta Keywords, and Image ALT Tags for new and existing web pages- Review website content index, and copy drafts to ensure proper usage of important keyword phrases in URL’s, links and page body- Perform keyword research to determine appropriate keyword targets when required- Identify areas of concern within websites that could prohibit major search engines from finding our content- Track the success of SEO efforts through the use of detailed reports created through web analytics, ranking - Keep pace with the search industry trends and developments and seeing through implementation of new technologies that enhance SEO presence

- Develop on-site and inbound SEO opportunities.- Collaborate with design, and tech when necessary.- Develop new strategies for attaining high rankings for relevant, search terms.- Maintain knowledge of the SEO and online marketing in general by staying on top of current news and algorithm shifts.- Report on test results and work with IT to get results permanently implemented on the website.
