1/ Compensation & Benefits- To be in charge of monthly payroll, cash flow estimation- Double check on C&B field: Social insurance reports, welfare monthly, get balance, OT hours, annual leave and keep track by HR assistant.- Follow up assistant to keep update master list of staff and product management tool, prepare weekly reports about staff in the company, labor contracts, paperwork to get work permit, resident card for foreign staff...- Handle promotions communication, resignation cases, personal income tax code registration.- Revise, and update a competitive C&B policy- Update new law, office regulation- Take care of other inside and outside activities: staff activities, team building, health check….2/ Recruitment- Supervise over HR Assistant to make sure the recruiting target done well, keep in touch good relationship with university partners in Da Nang, Hue… to ensure resource for recruitment.- Discover and analyze effective recruiting channels for recruitment team. - Make Offers and follow-up- Make recruiting plan, update weekly and report to Branch Manager, HR Manager.- Advise HR Manager and Branch Manager about new internal/external issues and give solution to solve quickly.

Supported Recruitment Dpt to organize seminar, jobfair and recruitment events.
