- Provide coaching and mentoring to other Merch Recruiters to develop theirskillsets and performance in the job of recruiting- Assist in managing the workload of Merch recruiting team, working with theteam to adjust and balance priorities, to ensure providing excellence incustomer service to client teams- Manage performance of team against pre-determined goals and objectivesas appropriate to the type of recruit- Launch recruits for Merchandising reset projects with proper planning andexecution to ensure on-time staffing- Post job openings via various job boards, community boards, job fairs,newspapers, social media, and other sources- Support and promote best practices recruitment initiatives including:Applicant tracking system and candidate pipeline initiatives and TalentScoutReferral Program - Serve as a consultant to the Merchandising Operations and HR ManagementTeam to achieve required staffing levels by providing valuablerecommendations and key learnings- Perform daily communications and reporting for Merchandising OperationsManagement Team outlining the status of a recruit as appropriate- Perform the creation of phone screenings and interviews in accordance withcompany established policy and in compliance with federal and stateemployment practices- Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providingaccurate, thorough documentation candidates in applicant tracking systemand other documentation tools- Evaluates candidates against job requirements, engages candidates in theopportunity and presents qualified candidates to Hiring Managers- Support and promote company policy in terms of internal job postings and the‘promote from within' philosophy at BDS- Perform information gathering and provide updates and information to TalentAcquisition Manager in terms of market intelligence, competitive patterns,merch industry best practices, etc.
