- Responsible for the design, management, and development of the Company's design products.- Create 3D models from multiple forms of reference materials in a timely manner such as AutoCAD, DWG, Photography, etc- Capture, retouch photos of products/collections as required- Performs a necessary of engineering work in construction and executing new products from PD team to ensure all specifications of the product design are met.- Convert concepts with hand sketches to 3D models, drive full design process from conception to realisation- Work with other departments to determine best manufacturing processes for existing and new products.- Evaluate drawings and technical specifications- PPS checking to match with specification and PPS validation as per customer request.- Create and update engineering documentations

- Conduct internal test icluding quality test, packing test, optimize structure to guanrantee product can pass in lab test, collect material testing report from vendor - Compose and document carton layout, artwork, IM, loading diagram, product specification, 3D model file- Effectively utilize your understanding of the structure of solid wood furniture and assist PD/QA/QC where necessary- Decipher and validate BOM and components to determine appropriate cost of product and develop tools for on-going measurement of existing and new projects.- Utilize familiarity with the properties of various woods, such as OAK, Pine, Acacia, Rubber wood to consult with PD/QA/QC with product development- Utilize familiarity with manufacturing processes to consult and assist PD/QA/QC with product development (scheduling, cutting, slicing/joining, painting/finishing, assembly, glue-up, packaging, loading)- Assist team with new samples as compared to drawings, files or existing information- Utilize familiarity with the performance and price of fabric/PU and consult with PD/QA/QC Team- Organize and maintain finishing panel and fabric swatch inventories and specifications- Effectively communicate with management and staff personnel to achieve common goals.- Utilize good level of written, and spoken Vietnamese, English and Chinese to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers as required.- Travel to factories to develop and review samples, PPS and provide related reporting documents, and company goals and objectives as the on-site representative.

- Develope CAD drawings for indoor and outdoor funiture design- Calculate BOM for production, loading ability, cost and price- Driving new product development, make daily visit to sample workshop to check on progress of each item, attending making sample in urgent case- Support the proper construction for all new development products.- Communication with clients to evaluate design requirements, review sample and make recommendations, ensuring that the product meets specifications of design briefs- Manage communication and coordinate between the team, customer and technical team- Conduct product testing following customer standards or/and market standards at the factory's site - Arrange sample review meeting once sample completed- Create and update engineering documentations- Organize and maintain photography, marketing material, development files for each customer/market
