JnJ MDD CrossRoads Project Integration Team Lead.Responsible for the Program management, Integration architecture and Development of more than 200 interfaces for MDD CrossRoads project with an interface development budget of more than 8 million dollars for 4 year spent on building and deploying these interfaces. This project will develop one JnJ MD&D global manufacturing application representing one of the major components in the MD&D strategy to leverage five SAP platforms across the MDD sector. This will enable JnJ MD&D to harmonize the business processes and enable the transference of production capabilities throughout the manufacturing network. It will replace 52+ independent, disparate ERP systems by one global SAP system. This environment will also deliver reliable, consistent data to facilitate accurate, timely decision-making in the areas of supplier performance and product recalls. The result is a long-term solution that will deliver improved efficiencies, lower operating costs, reduced inventory costs and added flexibility to manage the business more effectively. This supports our MDD Operations Strategic Plan, which highlighted the need for greater collaboration and leverage of our manufacturing assets, including manufacturing and distribution. It also supports the J&J Enterprise IT Strategy of moving towards a more efficient and effective ERP environment; this implementation will significantly reduce the ERP footprint across MD&D and J&J as well as reduce the total cost of implementation and on-going support.

The Middleware message infrastructure is built on top of TIB/Rendezvous and TIB Adapter/SDK written in JAVA. Using TIBCO components, The COREON Adapter Framework and a set of custom adapters have been built.
