• 4 years of experience in Process Quality Assurance. • 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (Tester). • Experience in assisting and guiding projects in defining/developing processes/procedure/guideline/templates/checklist follow Scrum(Agile) and Waterfall model. • Experience in creating reports by Excels/PowerPoint. • Using smoothly management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Team, Azure Dev-Ops, Confluence...• Experience in reporting the non-conformity, risks/issues or defect detected over process compliance audit/product review, then tracking to closure. • Experience in creating test cases to execute testing, ensuring functionality matches requirements. • Experience with testing web/mobile applications. • The ability to work as an individual as well as teamwork. • Strong knowledge and ability to manage tasks/ tracking the progress.• Good in logical thinking and creativity. • Hard working and high responsibility to assigned tasks. • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.• Read and write English with intermediate level.
