- Build-up new windows UWP team. With main responsibilities: mentor, coaching and develop team members to quickly adapt new technique in game programming. Working directly with producer (PM) on planning to deliver projects on time for Windows(UWP) and Android. Also, key dev in first creation product of Gameloft Da Nang. Products worked on: Overdrive City – Car Tycoon Game, Disney Princess Majestic Quest, Bike In Time.- Lead a team to build web services for Game AI contests (2019) and organize Code Challenge events in Gameloft Da Nang.

- Researching new technicals to check if can apply to projects. Develop new or maintain tools & libraries. Support, research and provide technical solutions to teams in Windows division.

- Key dev on HD projects with different platforms: Android, Windows, Windows Phone. Resolve difficult task/issue in team to make sure there is no delay in game delivery at production side. Work on a lot of different features section (Tracking, SocialNetwork, Ads, Online, DLC, InAppPurchase,...)- Products worked on (Android & Windows): Ironman; Hero Oder and Chaos; Blitz Brigade; My Little Pony; Modern Combat 5; World at Arms.

- After graduated, first working at Gameloft Da Nang as a mobile game programmer to deliver2D games worldwide on Brew platform (using C++ and Java).- Work on Mass port projects (Java-J2ME), porting game for feature phones, optimizing game package (jar) size and game performance for low devices.

- Working with trainer team. Learn new technics and make my own game (Using Java-J2ME)
