• Production Management:
• Lead a Safety portfolio in shift and facilitate the shift team to deliver the key results.
• Utilize Direct observation skills to assess problems and proactively address potential threats to Safety, Quality, and Controls.
• Utilize Lean concepts and tools (Learning Card, A3, Kaizen) for cost-saving and efficient production.
• Responsible for the overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
• Manage shift activities: monitor attendance to ensure enough headcount; check machine status and material level to ensure availability for production.Managing Employees:

• Production Management:
• Taking responsibility for production targets of the line: Output, yield, efficiency, delivery, productivity, etc.
• Organizing and controlling production resources: Labor, materials, machines, etc.
• Implementing and maintaining 5S, Kaizen, and Safety programs on the line.
• Controlling and supervising the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the department.
• Cooperating within production and with other departments of the company.

• Responsibilities:
• Organizing resources (workforce, material, equipment).
• Controlling product quality during the production process.
• Supervision of good workmanship by operators
• Supervision of production batches and products for shipment.
• Managing and care of production materials.

• Manage and be responsible for the overall quality of #1Factory.
• Control and manage input raw material and ensure output products quality.
• Work with suppliers of raw materials quality.
• Analyze data, manage products quality on each production stage.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system to reduce the failure rate of the product and increase the use efficiency of materials, machines, and manpower.
• Statistical, evaluate the defect has a frequency which arisen more, find the root cause causing the defect and propose corrective measures. Coordinate with other departments to maintain a production quality.
