- Active monitoring and tracking of delivery deadlines to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials. - Conducting market analyses to achieve competitive prices and optimal delivery conditions. - Supporting new projects to ensure smooth implementation. - Actively seeking new suppliers to expand the supplier network and optimize procurement. - Responsible for the administration of the webshop, including updating products, prices, and promotional offers. - Creating and designing content for landing pages and taking charge of the entire creation of landing pages.

• Take care of purchasing process• Control the amount of raw materials in stock, on-time delivery to ensure uninterrupted production• Create and manage a website for the sale of surplus materials • Research and build a database of potential customers and investors• Execution of operational daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking item, delivery checks and office material management

• Authorise our Freight forwarders and provide necessary documents to clear the goods• Review the order fulfillment process and support our customer’s requests• Collect and submit a set of documents to the bank to apply for payment• Check and verify Freight Forwarder's invoices and forward these to Finance for payment.
