During this internship, I took part in the Set-Top Box Division. I developed an existing software that tests for WiFi Throughput. This software initially using Chrome Web Driver to access the webpage and retrieve the necessary information to compute the test. As for the second project during my time here, I got to work on a Firmware Conversion Tester. The purpose of this test is to automate the upgrading firmware process for different routers models. Different models required different approaches. One might have to use a web driver to upgrade, another might need to use a third vendor such as Curl to upgrade the unit firmware. The alternate goal was to developed one single software that is capable of upgrading every model to its latest firmware. Show less
