Led a front-end development team of 9 people for almost 7 months. The challenges during this period were:_ Hiring new engineers and another front-end lead to collaborate with me_ Shipping user-driven features, focusing on the most requested ones_ Creating new processes and eliminating outdated ones to improve collaboration between engineering and other teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success)The second part of my mission, after 7 months with the new front-end lead, was to build a strong tech culture and split front-end engineering into 3 feature teams.Among these 3 teams, mine was responsible for rebranding the application and leading front-end innovation for Koala Interactive, including:_ Creating a new Design System_ Integrating extensive tests for our components (using ShadCN) and snapshot tests with Chromatic_ Upgrading from an old version of React to the latest one_ Fixing Cypress tests (we have more than 1500, and they take 10 hours to execute)_ Migrating all CSS and styled-components to TailwindCSS
