- Manage the production of factories (Ensure timely response last orders partners to ensure operational capacity and levels of raw materials, and other costs of the factory).- Reporting directly to the Director General on the results of operations of the monthly production unit, thus consulting solutions and measures to improve the efficiency of production, seize market opportunities.- In charge of market development prefabricated steel buildings: Search domestic investors and foreign business development plan in Vietnam, swap meet, advise on prefabricated steel building products.- Negotiating contracts, working with the design department to complete building design, working with factories to ensure the production schedule and installation. Working with clients, contractors, monitoring unit to ensure the progress and quality.

- Search for potential customers, wishing to use insurance services.- Meet, exchange, consulting and contracting recommended life insurance.- Contract management, customer care has concluded.

- Search for customers wishing installed prefabricated steel building.- Exchange of information capture, the preliminary design and quotation. Negotiate contracts and manage contract until the end of the project.
